Police on Saturday arrested a taxi driver in connection with the disappearance of a woman he was to take to hospital.
According to the guards, they had called a taxi to take her to Ruaraka’s Uhai Neema Hospital after she fell ill that night, but she never made it to the hospital as staff say they dont have a record of her having visited the hospital that night.
CCTV footage has also revealed that despite the car register at the gate showing the driver spent 1hr and 27 minutes at the hospital from 4.30am to 5.57am, the taxi drove in made a turn and left without dropping anyone.
Police say the taxi driver, a key suspect, knows what happened to the woman but is uncooperative
